1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "user") and Spree ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of spree.vu and all associated services, including the Spree mobile application, sports betting, casino games, slot games, and the VIP programme.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Spree platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply in addition to any specific promotion, bonus, or product terms that may be published separately on the platform.

Spree reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Spree, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Spree is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from Spree or instructed to cease using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Spree or any associated business entity.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Until identity verification is complete, withdrawals may be held and bonus credits may be withheld. Documents we may request include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification.

3 Your Account

Each player may hold only one account on the Spree platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonus credits.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Logging out of your account when using shared devices.
• Notifying Spree immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Spree will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Do not share your credentials with anyone. If you lose access to your account or forget your password, use the account recovery process on the platform.

Your Spree account is personal to you and is not transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated balance, bonus, or VIP status to any third party.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Spree are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your PKR balance, and withdrawal amounts are paid out in PKR as shown.

Spree currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and mobile account)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and mobile account)
• Raast (instant bank-to-bank transfer)
• Bank Transfer (direct to/from your bank account)
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are shown on the Deposit page. These limits may differ by payment method and by VIP tier. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased limits and faster withdrawal processing as described in the VIP programme terms.

Withdrawal processing times: Standard accounts can expect processing within the timeframe stated on the Deposit page. Silver VIP accounts receive faster processing. Gold accounts receive priority processing. Platinum accounts receive same-day processing as standard. These timelines are for processing by Spree — final receipt of funds depends on the payment method and your bank or wallet provider.

Spree may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts. This is a standard due-diligence procedure and is not a reflection on the account holder.

Deposits made by card or wallet that are later reversed or charged back by your payment provider will result in the equivalent amount being deducted from your Spree balance. Any bets placed using charged-back funds may be voided.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Spree offers bonuses, promotions, and VIP rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of offer. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions are as follows:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met before expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and slot games generally contribute 100%, but certain game types may contribute less or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: Where a wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or wager. Bets placed above this limit during bonus wagering may be voided.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, manipulate, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting a technical error — will result in the cancellation of any associated bonuses and may lead to account suspension.

VIP cashback rewards are credited directly to your PKR wallet on a weekly basis and are not subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the VIP programme terms. Cashback rates by tier are published on the VIP page.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Spree — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, or any other market — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference generated, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Manifest error: If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (for example, odds of 100/1 on a heavily favoured cricket team), Spree reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to your PKR balance.
• Match/event abandonment: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play betting: In-play odds update in real time. There may be a short delay between placing a bet and confirmation during live events. Bets are accepted at the odds shown at the time of confirmation, not at the time of clicking.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout limit per event and per account per day applies. This limit is shown on the relevant bet slip. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding this limit may be reduced or declined.
• Cricket and PSL specific rules: For PSL matches and international cricket, Spree follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches where applicable. Individual market rules are displayed in the betting interface for each market type.

Spree reserves the right to restrict betting access, reduce stake limits, or decline bets at its discretion. This may apply to individual accounts based on betting patterns or to specific markets at times of abnormal activity.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Spree platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to place bets using information not available to the general public (insider information).
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal activity.
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening Spree staff or other platform users.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.

Spree cooperates with relevant authorities when required to do so. Any activity suspected to involve financial crime will be reported and the associated account frozen pending investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming

Spree is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. This platform is for entertainment only, and we encourage all players to manage their activity within personal budgets and time limits they have consciously set for themselves.

The following tools are available to all players directly from the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive marketing communications.
• Reality checks: Enable regular pop-up reminders showing your session time and net position.

9 Privacy and Data

Your use of Spree involves the collection and processing of personal data including your name, contact details, payment information, and betting activity. All content on the Spree platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, graphics, interface design, software, text, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Spree or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Spree content without prior written permission. This includes scraping odds data, copying marketing materials, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform software.

The Spree name and logo are brand identifiers and may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation from Spree.

11 Limitation of Liability

The Spree platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages, maintenance windows, or third-party disruptions may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, Spree shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities arising from platform unavailability.
• Errors in odds data caused by third-party feed providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Betting involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money placed as bets and that Spree is not responsible for losses incurred through your betting decisions. The platform provides tools to help you manage your activity — use them.

12 Changes to These Terms

Spree reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we may send a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Spree platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
